DELIVERY

Where do we deliver?

  • Our delivery network covers over 1500 cities and towns in India!

How much does delivery cost & how long does delivery take?

  • We offer 3 types of deliveries based on your shipping address.
  • Express Delivery - Express deliveries take a maximum of 1-2 business days from the day of your order and costs INR 100.00
    Standard Delivery - Standard deliveries take a maximum of 3-5 business days from the day of your order and is FREE.
  • You can choose your preferred delivery option during the checkout process. Shipping cost for the chosen delivery type will be available at the checkout process.
  • Please note Express Delivery is available for tier 1 and tier 2 cities only. Our system will automatically present you with the delivery options if Express Delivery is available for your shipping address.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will take upto 3-5 business days to deliver and is FREE.

Why can't all deliveries be free?

  • All our deliveries are free of cost.
  • Express deliveries cost INR100.00. we want to offer express shipping to our customers to stay flexible to your needs and demands. Express deliveries cost INR100.00 because these are sent on priority through BlueDart and FedEx.

What if I'm not home when you deliver?

  • No worries. The delivery person will call the number on the shipping address to sort out the timings & delivery.

Delivery duration during sale?

  • We cannot promise exact delivery durations upfront during sale periods. However, within a business day of receiving your order we will be able to forecast your delivery date. We will keep you informed from the very beginning and at all times.

What happens during an exchange? Do we pay again for delivery?

  • No, you do not pay for delivery on exchange. We will bear them ourselves.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • Can we cancel orders?
  • Yes you can cancel your order provided we have not dispatched it yet. It's hard for us to estimate a fixed time frame for this as we tend to process orders immediately on receipt of the order. This could change during busy periods when you would have a longer lead time to cancel your order.
  • Tentatively, you should be able to cancel your order within half a day of placing your order - again this is only a tentative suggestion.
  • Please call us on 1800 102 0306 to cancel your order.
  • Orders associated with special offers (at both product and cart levels) are not cancellable.

What happens to our payments on cancelled orders?

  • We will not capture your payment for any cancelled order but for any gift vouchers that may be part of this order. The reward points that you may have used will be refunded almost immediately. The reward points you may have earned from this order will be deducted from your account almost immediately.

RETURNS

  • We offer a worry free 30 day return and refund with no questions asked. Our returns process in fairly simple.

How to REFUND/EXCHANGE purchased products?

Our returns process is fairly simple -

  • Call us at +91 89398 89397 or 1800 102 0306 to place your request for return
  • Returning products back to us is easy. We offer reverse pick up from most of the tier 1 and tier 2 cities and towns in India. This means we will have your returning products collected from your address.
  • In the unlikely event that reverse pick up is not available for your address, the returning products will have to be couriered back to us by the customer. We will however refund the courier costs accordingly.
Reverse Pick Up availability for your address will be indicated during the check out process itself.
  • If you are doing an exchange, we will credit your account with reward points equivalent to the value of the product your are exchanging. You may use these reward points for your future purchases. Any reward points you may have earned on the exchanged product will be reversed.
  • If you are doing a return, we will refund your total paid amount and any reward points used on the order. Any reward points you may have earned on the returned order will be reversed.
  • What about refunds?

    • Refunds on Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking Orders -
      The total refund amount will be refunded back to the same funding source that was used at the time of the purchase.
    • Refunds on Cash On Delivery Orders - 
      Your COD refund can either be in form of cheque addressed to the recipient sent to the shipping address or in form of NEFT. If you want a quick refund please provide the following information to info@pinehill.co.in -

    What happens to my rewards points incurred at the time of purchase of the product being returned now?

    Any reward points incurred along with the purchase of the returning product will be deducted from your account.
